Refund and Cancellation Policy

KrishnaPriya sells digital products such as editable templates, printable files and downloadable packs. Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final once the download link or template link has been delivered.

We will gladly help or refund you in these cases:

- The file or link does not open or download, and we are unable to fix it within 3 working days.

- You were charged more than once for the same order.

- The product is materially different from its description.

How to request help: email us at chandvanibharat@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

We cannot offer refunds for change of mind, for products you have already downloaded and used, or for issues caused by software or devices that do not support the file format listed on the product page.
