By purchasing from KrishnaPriya you agree to these terms. KrishnaPriya is operated by Bharatkumar Chandavani from Nadiad, Gujarat, India.
Products: We sell digital products such as editable templates, printable files and downloadable packs. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes where stated.
Licence: When you buy a product you receive a personal and small-business licence to use it for your own events, greetings and business communication. You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload or claim the original files or templates as your own, and you may not offer them as templates, bundles or downloads, free or paid.
Delivery: Digital products are delivered by download link or template link after successful payment, usually instantly, and also by email. Please check your spam folder. If you do not receive your files, contact us.
Third-party tools: Some products are delivered as editable templates that open in third-party tools such as Canva. You may need a free account with that tool. We are not responsible for changes made by third-party tools.
Payments: Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card or UPI details.
Refunds: Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Liability: Products are provided as described. Print results, colours and fonts can vary by device and printer. KrishnaPriya is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of our products.
Changes: We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies.
